About
The Shropshire Psychotherapist
My approach is integrative and relational, grounded primarily in psychodynamic and humanistic theory. I aim to offer a safe, calm, and reflective space where you can feel heard and understood. I recognise that each person’s experience is unique, and I adapt how I work to meet your individual needs, pace, and circumstances.
At the heart of my practice is a belief in the importance of a trusting therapeutic relationship, where difficult thoughts and feelings can be explored with care, sensitivity, and respect.

Taking the step to seek therapy can feel significant, and sometimes uncertain. You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply in need of a space to think and feel more freely. Whatever brings you here, you are very welcome.

I am committed to practising in an ethical, thoughtful, and inclusive way. This includes working within professional guidelines, maintaining confidentiality, and offering a space where difference is respected and welcomed. Whether you are seeking support for yourself or your child, I aim to provide a steady, compassionate presence where you can feel safe enough to explore what matters most to you.
