About Me

Integrative Adult & Child Psychotherapist
I am an Integrative Adult and Child Psychotherapist, accredited with the UKCP and UPCA, with over ten years’ experience supporting adults, children, and young people.
My work has taken place across private practice, education, public health, and the charity sector. My approach is integrative, grounded primarily in psychodynamic and humanistic theories. I recognise that each person’s experience is unique, and I adapt how I work to meet your individual needs, pace, and circumstances. My aim is to reduce the impact of psychological distress by offering therapeutic support in a safe, calm, and reflective space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. The goal isn't about 'fixing' you-it's about supporting you to understand yourself better and feel more able to cope.

At the heart of my practice is a belief in the importance of a trusting therapeutic relationship, where difficult thoughts and feelings can be explored with care, sensitivity, and respect.

I offer individual psychotherapy for adults, children and young people to help navigate emotional and psychological challenges.

I provide supervision informed by the eight-eyed transpersonal model to Counsellors and Psychotherapists in person or online.

I offer placement opportunities for trainee Counsellors, providing a supportive space for them to grow in confidence and experience.

We offer low-cost therapy sessions through a team of carefully selected trainee Counsellors completing their clinical placements at my practice in Shrewsbury.
